The money that Little Hickory Productions Inc., raises through its production of Hickory Fest, various concerts hosted throughout the year in Pennsylvania and Florida as well as through generous donations, goes to support the causes that were near and dear to Sue Cunningham's heart.
- The Tioga County Pennsylvania Relay for Life, with close to $50,000 raised to date!
- The Sue Cunningham Memorial Music Scholarship at the Dreyfoos School of the Arts in West Palm Beach Florida.
- The Sari Center for Integrative Cancer Care in Palm Beach County Florida.
- The Sue Cunningham Music Scholarship at the Wellsboro Area High School in Wellsboro Pennsylvania.
- The Sue Cunningham Music Scholarship at the Rock L. Butler Middle School in Wellsboro Pennsylvania.
- The NEW Sue Cunningham Music Scholarship at Mansfield University in Mansfield Pennsylvania. This is an Endowed Scholarship.
